Tuesday, February 19, 2019

Join the Department of Asian American Studies (AAS) as we celebrate the 50th Anniversary of the Third World Liberation Front strike in a couple of weeks! In commemoration of this historic event, we are hosting MacArthur fellows Viet Nguyen and An-my Le to share on the flourishing of Vietnamese American arts and culture since the 1960s student movement. This event, originally scheduled for November, was rescheduled due to the University's wildfire smoke closures.
