  • Healing the Earth: Zine Workshop

    Lecture and zine making party centered around Environmental Justice and artivism (art+activism)! Join us as we discuss environmental racism, current events and how art can be a vessel for activism. Each person will create one or more pages of a zine (D.I.Y. magazine) around the healing our Mother, your experiences and feelings in a world constantly shaped by climate destabilization. The zine will be featured at our Why Ethnic Studies? Art Show in the Spring, so come participate!

    Time: 2-3:30pm
    Location: Ethnic Studies & Psychology Building Rm 116

    Supplies and snacks will be provided. Invite your friends and classmates!

    BONUS: We'll be selling/making buttons for $2, as well as providing blank button templates for those of you who want design your own ($1).
