Immigration Equality has variety of helpful resources, with a special emphasis on LGBTQ individuals

Immigrant Legal Resource Center provides immigration legal trainings, technical assistance, and educational materials, and engages in advocacy and immigrant civic engagement to advance immigrant rights.
